yorukamome [userpic]

a very simple, unpretending folio I made some three years ago – please allow me
to post it today, as a special “hommage à” all the splendid poets and friends on LJ:

...as usual, I will try and add a translation to english in the comments’ page, apologising
with the GRANDISSIMO Léo Ferré and you all…"translator=traitor", ね?...oh, how shall I give
back the real sense of that endlessly meaningful all-french pretty little word, "drôle" ?...

(ps: I also need to apologise for the bad quality of scanning...well, vellum isn’t an easy material!)

Current Music: léo ferré, "les poètes"

French is in every way the most beautiful language for the ears. Everything they say sounds poetical & passionate.

So, out of curiosity, how many languages have you mastered? And by the way, what is your name?

LOL, wick-pretty-face様, simply a part of my work, to manage
with some different languages: I teach in high schools now
(obliged to move by family needs) but I actually come from
teaching Language & Communication Philosophy at university,
as a specialist in neolatin languages and aesthetics...but
your "to master" is in a total evidence UNTRUE, my dear! :(

I need to say I don't agree with you...not because of my
birth country, but after what I've just specified above,
I find other languages - for instance, portuguese - far
more MUSICAL and sweet to my ears and heart than french...

...my name? oh, well...GABBIANO, what else? everybody call
me that way, since jurassic - even my students, my daughter,
my family and all the people who know me - bet you can guess
what it means, ね?, or I'll send you a multi-translation, LOL!

I remember now. Sénor Seagull!

please, wick様...without ANY "signor/mister" or whatever else:
I'm no more than the scared, daring one you can see under here...

catch the waves!

Now, if you don't mind-- por favor, where is this beautiful seashore?

I have ONLY seen Switzerland in Europe. It's beauty is breathtaking!

the pic was taken last april on this beach: it is Amalfi,
on the coast facing Capri Island, which is called Costiera
Amalfitana as well...welcome, and tell me, my dear - are you
really still breathing normally, NOW?... ;D

What a splendor! Gorgeous place you live in, Kamome san! I'm telling it again: how I love Italy! Both Denny and I visited Italy several times, and we would love to visit again... (sigh)

..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... ..... .....

(I'm realising right now that a translation would be unreal and impossible:
I hope that everyone reading this will try by her/himself to have one done,
according to her/his personal taste and mood and feelings after hearing such
untouchable, eternal, diamond-like words...I am sorry, I can't do it)
